Everything is energy – Einstein taught us that. Some things vibrate at lower frequencies – solid objects. Some things vibrate at higher frequencies – liquids, gases. Living organisms vibrate at the various frequencies of their components but there is a sum total frequency.

Human Beings are able to determine the frequency at which they vibrate.   Let me say this again because although everyone CAN do this, few do.  Human Beings are able to determine the fequency at which they vibrate.   This is the Key to the Kingdom of Heaven because high frequency is Love , Joy, Health and Abundance. Low fequency is depression, pain, hate, dis-ease and lack.

Our focus determines our experience. If we decide to focus on the Evening News with its fear-mongering,  mascerading as information, we actually determine the world in which we  live.   Fear, depression, dis-ease and lack are in that world.   This becomes our experience – as real to us as the chairs we are sitting on.   The only  reason there is so much suffering in the world is that the world focuses on its suffering.  It is only a self-fulfilling prophecy.  This is actually  great news because it means that we can  change our  life  experiences and increase our  frequency by changing our focus.

I have been experimenting with Joy Catalysts. I have discovered that my cat,  Noelle,  is a Joy Catalyst, and I suspect that all pets are.  I kiss her and hold her and focus on how the Joy within me rises.  With each breath I reverberate this rising Joy back over my own body and feel the well-being spread over my every cell. When she begins to purr I place my ear directly over her chest and let the purring enter my head and run over my whole body.  Thus  ’bathed in Joy’  I get up and start my day and the results are wonderfully startling:  I encounter only smiling, courteous people that go out of their way to help me and be nice to me. Good news abound. Things just seem to fall into place and when I go into the Studio the Creativity pours out of my hands.

My Plaster On Canvas  series Uquobo is meant to be such a Joy Catalyst.  Viewing an Uquobo piece live, creates an emotional response.   I want collectors to buy the piece and not even know why.  I want them to  feel a stirring within and only  know that they want more of it.   This stirring is the awakening of the Diving Essence - our original high frequency.  Once we begin to live at that frequency life will never be the same.    Please view the entire Uquobo series at my website marnispencerdevlin.com
