If you focus on the problem, the problem grows. If you focus on the pain it gets worse.

This is called The Law of Attraction.  The Law of Attraction is not religious or spiritual mumbo-jumbo.   The Law of Attraction is simply a law of nature, like aerodynamics, like buoyancy, like gravity, like electricity.  It does not require that you believe in it.   Gravity exists whether you believe it or not.   But ignoring it will make you fall on your face!

WHATEVER you focus on grows.      This is fantastic news!!!     It means, rather than bitching about what you don’t want you can focus on what you DO WANT – and it grows!   It’s a Law.   It works.   Everytime.

Problem is that it is so easy to focus on the negative. All you have to do is turn on the TV or reach for a newspaper. Heck, even listen to your friends – all you hear is problems, problems, problems.  THAT is the reason you have problems.

You must find a way to turn it all around.  Art is one way to do this.  For me, focusing on a Uquobo piece, or any Abstract Contemporary Art for that matter, makes me feel good – it changes my vibratory frequency.  And that is the key for me to begin focusing on my heart’s desire. – and make it grow!
